As a wedding photographer, my favorite sessions are the ones where time flies by—and that’s exactly what happened with Jacob and Aidynn during their engagement session at Stable Waters in Watertown, their beautiful 2026 wedding venue.
When I first spoke with Aidynn, she was open about a common concern that they weren’t comfortable in front of the camera. It’s something I hear often, and it’s completely valid—being photographed can feel vulnerable.
My approach is simple: create space for movement, laughter, and natural moments that allow my couples to forget the camera is even there. And that’s exactly what we did. Focusing more on prompting instead of stiff posing, but we will still get those classic photos of you smiling at the camera as well.
From the moment Jacob took Aidynn’s hand and spun her around in the golden hour light, the session transformed into a fun, playful adventure. We explored the property’s quiet paths and rustic charm, using the landscape of Stable Waters to capture movement, emotion, and connection. With every step, Jacob and Aidynn showed me exactly who they are—joyful, deeply in love, and so genuinely themselves.

What I loved most about this session was how they embraced being in the moment. No stiff poses. No forced smiles. Just two people being completely themselves.
Whether they were dancing under the willow tree or whispering jokes that made each other laugh out loud, every frame told a piece of their story.
If you’re planning a wedding at Stable Waters—or anywhere that means something special to you—and you want photographs that feel real, relaxed, and full of life, let’s talk. My goal is always to help couples feel at ease, to celebrate who they are, and to deliver images that bring back not just memories, but feelings.

Can’t wait for Jacob & Aidynn’s 2026 wedding—it’s going to be one for the books.
